Education

Adult Education

The church offers a variety of adult education programs including Kerygma, Disciples, Sunday School, and Financial Peace University among other offerings. Please check the weekly church bulletin for the most updated information.

Youth Education

Sunday School is available for children beginning at age 3. Sunday School is held September through May from 9:30 until 10:30 am on Sundays in the lower level education wing. Our Sunday School teachers use age-appropriate curricula that includes stories, interactive teaching methods, and crafts for the younger children.

Parents are encouraged to attend one of the adult Sunday School offerings while their children are in class.

Nursery Care

Paid staff provide consistent and quality childcare for children ages five and under. The nursery is open from 8 am – 12 noon for all worship services (and during the Sunday School hour from 9:30- 10:30 am September through May for those three and under). Nursery care may also be available during evening adult education programs.

Confirmation

Confirmation prepares youth in 7th and 8th grades to be active and growing members of the church. The group meets on Sunday afternoons throughout the school year. Group members must have excellent attendance for Sunday School and worship. Confirmation for 8th grade youth usually occurs on Pentecost Sunday, usually in May or June.

Vacation Bible School

Our VBS is traditionally held over four nights in the summer for children age 10 and under. Click here to see photos from VBS 2011!
