Youth Vocal

Little Lambs:
All 3, 4 and 5 year olds are invited to participate in this choir. The director joins the children in their classroom on Sunday mornings for about 10 -15 minutes several times a month. Children are introduced to the joy of singing and learning fun Christian songs with their friends. The children sing during services on special occasions. We are currently accepting applications for a Director for these cute kids beginning in the Fall.

Children's Choir:
This choir is for children 1st through 6th grades. The children learn stories of the gospel through song in this choir that was started over six years ago. The "Kids" usually sing once a month during the school year and on Christmas Eve. Rehearsals are Monday's from 6:15-7:15 p.m. For further information, please contact Heidi Griswold-Rhymer or Dave Smith.

Adult Vocal

Altar Choir:

Anyone 7th grade and older is welcome to join our Altar Choir. This group of between 30-40 people prepare music for Sunday Services and special holidays from Sept. to the end of May. Being able to read music is not a requirement, just the desire to sing and grow in fellowship with others. The choir rehearses on Weds. from 7:00 - 9:00 in the Sanctuary. Choir director is Shelly Swodzinski.

Reach Out
Who: any age, can carry a tune (melody if nothing else is very welcome, but parts will be taught, practiced for full sound on all songs and special numbers). Shaun Muller is the Director.
What: Provides music for the Contemporary Service.
Practices: Monday (6p) night in Doyle Hall

Worship Together
Worship Together is a mixed adult and youth group that sings contemporary music for the Contemporary Service. They are a fun and relaxed fellowship group. Sight reading music is not necessary. Rehearsals on Sunday's at 9am downstairs near the kitchen. We sing at the 9:30am contemporary service the seconds Sunday of each month during the school year. David Smith is the director.

Bells

The Joyful Ringer's bell choir plays 3-octaves of Malmark English handbells and rehearses Monday night from 7 - 8pm. The director is Burton Davis.

Drama

Parable Players:
The Parable Players is the drama group of the Oak Creek Community United Methodist Church. We provide an assortment of drama-related presentations including dramas for Passion Sunday and Good Friday, monthly sermon starter sketches during the summer and at various times during the year. The Players have also provided skits for Vacation Bible School and Breakfast with Santa. The Parable Players produce a fund-raiser show in the spring to raise money for equipment for the church or for missions.

The Parable Players are always looking for individuals of all skills and abilities, including but not limited to acting, directing, producing, writing, prop design & construction; set design & construction, make-up, and wardrobe; puppets, and storytelling. Anyone who is interested in drama, comedy, etc. is welcome and encouraged to join us. For more information, please contact Connie Z.

Joyful Jesters
The Joyful Jesters have been sharing their faith through clowning for over 15 years. This group of about 25 people from various churches in the metro Milwaukee area practice twice a month and perform once a month at various functions. New members are always welcome, and workshops are held periodically to build clowning skills. If you are a clown at heart, contact Connie Z.
