Worship Work Area

The mission of the Worship Work Area is to create a meaningful, enriching worship experience for the community of faith.

 Lois Dillon, Chair

Our next WWA meeting is Wednesday April 4th, 2012 at 6:30pm

The 8 am service consists of traditional Methodists hymns, prayers, a sermon, scriptures, and music by the Altar Choir and Hand Bell Choir.

The 10:45 am service is a balance of worship styles.  It will feature the Altar Choir, our praise band Reach Out, children's choir and Hand Bell Choir.  It is a wonderful mix of contemporary and traditional hymns, prayers, children's time, children's church, scriptures, and a sermon.

The purpose of worship at Oak Creek Community United Methodist Church

is to hear the truth about God and hear truth from God.

All services are approximately 1 hour long and are in the main sanctuary.

Communion is offered in all services on the first Sunday of the month.

Nursery service is available for all services.

The living present of God is at work at our worship services

The church celebrates five Special Sundays throughout the calendar year.  Our special Sundays are:

One Great Hour of Sharing

Native American Ministries

Peace with Justice

World Communion

United Methodist Student Day
